Are you a year 4 teacher and passionate about making a difference?

We are currently recruiting a year 4 teacher for a large 2 form entry primary school in South Leeds. The position is to start in September 2025 for at least 1 term with a view of either extending for another term or a direct contract for the right teacher.

The role?

This is a full time position and as a year 4 teacher you will be planning differentiated lessons, marking and assessing all pupils and providing feedback to parents/carers through reports and meetings.

This is a mixed ability class so you must be able to plan differentiated and engaging lessons that meet the requirements of all. There is a support assistant in class.

As a year 4 teacher you will be expected to follow the school ethos and behaviour policies which are all about positive reinforcements and helping every child thrive-academically, socially and emotionally.

This school is currently rated by Ofsted as a 'good' both academically and within the community. It is a large diverse school with pupils from different backgrounds and cultures.
