Our client is looking for a skilled Paid Media Manager to lead and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and Programmatic Display.

Description

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and Programmatic Display.

  • Client Communication: Lead client calls, provide performance updates, and gather feedback to drive value.

  • Reporting & Insights: Track KPIs, report on performance, and offer strategic recommendations.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with senior team members and mentor junior staff to ensure campaign success.

Profile

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads

  • Strong attention to detail and a strategic, results-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles

  • Ability to optimise campaigns to meet client objectives and drive measurable results

  • Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign management

  • A passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices

Job Offer

  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on skills and experience
