Paid Media SpecialistSalary: £30,000 - £38,000Hybrid - Leeds (2x days a week)

We are seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to work across multiple client accounts, managing high-profile campaigns for some of the UK's leading brands. You'll be responsible for setting up, optimising, and reporting on paid media activity, delivering measurable results against ambitious KPIs.

In this varied role, you'll manage campaigns across paid search, display, video, and paid social, working with leading platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Search Ads 360. You'll liaise with suppliers to ensure clients have access to the latest tools and betas, while continually testing and refining strategies to maximise performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across search, display, and social
  • Implement both brand awareness and direct response strategies
  • Conduct daily account checks and manage budgets effectively
  • Create insightful reports with clear commentary
  • Support in forecasting, planning, and new business pitches

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years' paid media experience, ideally agency-side
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, SA360, DV360, and social ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge
  • Experience managing large-scale, results-driven campaigns
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
