Job Overview:Catch 22 are looking for a dedicated Equipment Cleaner to clean and maintain essential healthcare equipment, including wheelchairs, beds, mattresses, and other mobility aids. This role is vital in ensuring that all equipment is hygienic and safe for reuse by service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, disinfect, and sanitise a range of medical and mobility equipment.
  • Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure cleaning materials and disinfectants are used correctly.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaned equipment.
  • Work efficiently to meet service demands.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience Essential.
  • Standard DBS Essential.
  • Understanding of infection control and hygiene standards.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit to handle equipment.
