Stafforce is currently on the lookout for a manual machinist to join a leading provider of innovative engineering services and solutions. As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various manual machines, including band saws, hole makers, manual milling machines, and manual turning machines. You will work closely with our engineering team to produce high-quality components and parts, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.

What to Expect:

  • Operate and maintain manual machining equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform precision machining tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and production processes.

What We Need:

  • Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating band saws, hole makers, manual milling machines, and manual turning machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery.
