Quality Control Analyst

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term (Potential for Extension)

Our team at Rosemont Pharmaceuticals delivers analytical support for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products designed for patients who have difficulty swallowing solid medications or require precise doses not available in tablet form.

We are looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join our team and help our customer achieve their mission to be a rapid developer, reliable manufacturer, and global supplier of patient-focused medicines.



What You'll Do

  • Perform analytical testing on raw materials and finished products using HPLC and other instrumentation, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
  • Inspect and receive raw materials and packaging components.
  • Maintain high standards of laboratory safety and housekeeping.
  • Record and report analytical data accurately in line with ALCOA+ principles.
  • Identify and escalate quality events such as out-of-specification results.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and audit readiness.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and represent Synergy professionally.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 years' laboratory experience.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical methods, including HPLC.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with SOPs, risk assessments, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Science related degree

  • Some lifting, bending, and reaching involved; active work across laboratory and manufacturing areas.
