In this role you would be responsible for a variety of projects from initial conception to completion, including site surveying, working out project feasibility, liaising with clients and designing using CAD or Revit.
The ideal CAD Technician would have come from a similar background, with experience in building regulation and planning permission, with knowledge on CAD, Revit or ArchiCAD.
The Role:
- Working on projects from start to finish to meet company targets
- Surveying on site and submitting floor plans for designs
- Liaising with clients

- Building regulation and planning permission experience or similar
- CAD or Revit experience
- Commutable to Leeds
