Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff
Assist in managing stock, orders, and deliveries
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Support the management team with recruitment, training, and performance management
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Ensure the venue operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

About You:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or casual dining industry
A strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve results
Good understanding of food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach
Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor
