Business / Economics Lecturer

Salary: Ranging from £28,000 - £40,000 per annum.Location: We are recruiting in several FE locations across the North.Job Type: Temporary and Permanent positions available.Working Hours: Part-time and Full-time positions available.

Day-to-Day of the role:

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons across a range of business modules, using innovative approaches to support learner success.
  • Provide academic support and feedback both in-person and online, contributing to assessment, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
  • Engage in curriculum development and scholarship, continuously improving course content and staying current with industry and educational trends.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant business-related field
  • Experience teaching in Higher Education, with strong digital teaching capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes
  • A flexible, student-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
