Academics Ltd is seeking passionate teaching assistants for various SEND support roles in mainstream primary schools around Leeds, starting after May half term and in September.
Candidates should have teaching assistant experience, particularly with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Roles include SEND support for Autism, ADHD, and SEMH, as well as general teaching assistant positions for KS1/KS2 and EAL support.
The ideal candidates will possess a can-do attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Market leading pay rates are offered, with salaries paid to scale and beyond, and a referral bonus of £75 is available for recommending potential candidates.

SEND Support (Autism)-South Leeds
SEND Support within EYFS-North Leeds
SEND Support (ADHD,KS1)-East Leeds
Teaching Assistant (KS1/KS2)-East Leeds
EAL/Lower ability Support (KS1)-North Leeds
SEMH Support (KS1)-North Leeds
SEND Support (Team Teach required)-South Leeds

* The ideal candidate will have teaching assistant experience
* Candidates with experience working with children, SEND and/or the care industry will also be considered
* A can do attitude and a willingness to help in other areas of the classroom
* The ability to use initiative and work well under pressure
* The ability to communicate effectively with the children and other staff members
