Teaching Assistants - Immediate & September 2025 Starts
Location: Leeds (Inner-City Primary School)
Pay: 90-105 per day
Contract: Full-time, 8:30am-3:30pm | Temporary to Permanent

We are working with a vibrant inner-city primary school in Leeds, known for its inclusive environment, excellent facilities, and engaging curriculum. The school boasts impressive outdoor spaces for outdoor learning, strong community values, and exciting partnerships - including one with Opera North.

They are looking for a number of Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025 or ASAP before Summer.



About the Role:

  • Support pupils across a range of year groups Early Years to Key Stage 2 including SEN needs in the mainstream setting.

  • Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver high-quality learning

  • Help to create an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environment

  • Opportunities for progression and teacher training pathways



Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an educational setting or previous experience working with children is advantageous.

  • Passion to support pupils from diverse backgrounds who need a strong role model.
  • Passion for working with children and a desire to pursue a career in education

  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and compassionate approach

  • Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential)

  • Prior experience working with pupils with EAL or be Bilingual to support those pupils with EAL.
