Hourly Rate: £14.45 | Hours: 37.5 per week

Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of integrated management and maintenance services for parks and green spaces and is one of the fastest-growing businesses in the industry. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a skilled grounds maintenance operative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weeding, pruning, planting, and general horticultural duties

• Lawn mowing, strimming, and hedge cutting

• Organising resources to ensure effective service delivery

• Maintaining high health & safety standards and adhering to procedures

Requirements:

• Full UK manual driving license

• Proven experience in grounds maintenance and horticultural work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competence in using power tools and horticultural equipment

• Certificates in spraying (PA1, PA6), horticulture, and ride-on mower operation are advantageous but not essential

• Strong understanding of health & safety practices

• Ability to meet and exceed business objectives and customer expectations
