About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team working on a social housing contract in Leeds. This is a temporary position through an agency, offering immediate start and consistent work.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, and litter picking.
• Maintain communal outdoor areas to a high standard.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full UK driving licence preferred (not always essential).
