About the Role:
We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across our train stations and trains. You'll lead a team of cleaning staff, manage schedules, ensure high cleanliness standards, and maintain health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the cleaning team, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Manage cleaning schedules and monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve cleanliness-related issues.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
Conduct inspections and ensure continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor, preferably in the rail or transport industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety standards.
Excellent communication and organisations skills.
Previous experience in train stations is a plus.
