A leading charity organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, are looking for an experienced HR Director to support them on an interim basis for initially 3-6 months. This is a hybrid role working from their Leeds office.
In this role you will oversee the HR function and team and work closely with the senior leadership team to implement the HR strategy and workforce change and improvements around EDI and HR policies and procedures etc.
Experience of change management and working with trade unions and wider stakeholders at a director level to implement workforce change and improvements is essential for this role.
