The company is a well-established financial services organisation with a strong presence in the industry and has grown significantly. You will report into the HR Lead and provide HR support for 350 employees across Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh and Inverness.
Description
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to managers and employees.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries, in line with company policies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide support for performance management processes, including appraisals and training plans.
- Contribute to the review and update of HR policies and procedures to reflect current legislation.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver a consistent and high-quality service across the business.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Experience in handling employee relations cases confidently and professionally.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
