Description
- Act as a Business Partner delivering a proactive, commercial and value add service across all UK sites
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision.
- Manage complex employee relations casework.
- Effective implementation of people change projects in conjunction the relevant site/s
- Working with each site, create a headcount budget and resourcing strategy to ensure great cost effective recruitment decisions are made.
- Create and implement a Wellbeing strategy for the organisation.
- Ensure Policies and procedures are visible, current and engaging.
- Administration of contracts and other correspondence for our employees.
- Support engagement activities on sites, conducting employee opinion surveys annualling.
- Manage all employee relations and absence management activities.
- New starter onboarding and leaver offboarding.
Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- A degree in human resources or related field - desirable
- Able to be Leeds based 2 days per week with UK wide travel using own vehicle
- Proficiency in HR management systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience in driving HR initiatives.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary between 38,000 - 40,000k per annum
- 6k car allowance.
- 4% pension contribution.
- Generous holiday leave of 25 days plus bank holidays.
