Looking for a HR Business Partner opportunity with a growing company in the Leeds area?

Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner, based in Leeds on a full-time basis.

HR Business Partner

Full time and Permanent

Up to £50k

Leeds based - 3 days a week on-site

This is a generalist role, with a core focus on driving the ER agenda and supporting the Group with implementing the HR strategy, delivering on core people initiatives.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries across the Group, ensuring advice is given in line with legislation and policies.
  • Handle day to day HR matters including absence management, disciplinaries, performance management and new starter processes.
  • Support managers with Change programmes.
  • Support the Group Head of People in any TUPE transfers.
  • Drive Mental health and well being campaigns.

We are looking for:

  • Solid experience gained as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards.
  • Experience managing projects around DE&I and Well-being.
  • Proven experience supporting TUPE and restructure.
  • Ideally experience gained within Facilities Management or similar.
