Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly capable and experiencedChange Managerto lead the design and execution of change management initiatives that align strategic transformation with operational success. This role is responsible for ensuring that technology, process, and cultural change are adopted and embedded across the business with minimal disruption to operations and maximum benefit realisation.

A key component of this role isbuilding and sustaining a change network, usingChange Champions and Change Advocatesto support communication, engagement, and adoption at all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Change Enablement

Develop and embed a change management framework tailored to strategic objectives.

Build, lead, and nurture aChange Champion Networkto drive grassroots adoption and advocacy.

Inspire and equip senior sponsors to act as visible champions of change.

Coach stakeholders on their roles within the change journey, ensuring ownership and accountability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Engage with senior leaders, SMEs, and operational teams to co-create change plans that mitigate resistance.

Deliver clear, targeted communications to drive awareness, understanding, and acceptance of change.

Promote inclusivity, transparency, and trust during periods of transformation.

Business Readiness & Benefit Realisation

Prepare impacted areas for new ways of working through detailed readiness planning and execution.

Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, engagement, and benefit delivery.

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with cultural readiness and capability.

Continuous Improvement & Culture Building

Embed a culture of continuous improvement and agile thinking across the organisation.

Provide thought leadership in change maturity, fostering a mindset of adaptability and innovation.

Support training, coaching, and post-implementation reviews to embed sustainable change.

Risk & Governance

Identify change-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure all business change activity complies with internal governance and external regulations.

Participate in forums such as Change Assessment and Triage to ensure informed decision-making.

Experience & Skills Required:

Essential

  • Proven experience in leadingorganisation-wide change management initiatives.

  • Strong track record in establishing and scalingChange Champion / Advocate Networks.

  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple business units.

  • Deep knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

  • Relevant certifications: Prosci, APMG, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes.

  • Project management skills (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) beneficial.

Key Measures of Success (KPIs):

  1. Growth and effectiveness of the Change Network.

  2. Stakeholder engagement and satisfaction scores.

  3. Post-change adoption metrics and NPS improvements.

  4. Business continuity maintained during change.

  5. Evidence of benefit realisation and improved business performance metrics.
