Description

As a Technical Support Advisor you will be forefront of the business providing support to new and existing customers.

You will be troubleshooting any technical support queries coming to a quick resolution for the customer ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

The role will be working alongside engineers coordinating their diaries and booking installations and routine appointments.

You will be also liaising with customers over webchat and social media platforms.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Able to work in a busy fast paced environment

An excellent problem solver

A good team player
