- Capabilities provided must have proven experience with Cisco technologies, including:
- Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) using Firepower Management Console (FMC), with daily configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network security and policy management, working with authentication, authorization, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting daily
- Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) for network automation and monitoring, with hands-on experience in daily configuration, administration, patching, upgrading, and overall network automation
- Deep understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and hands-on experience with relevant industry-standard tools to diagnose, isolate, and resolve issues efficiently for network and security environments.
