Our client is an established organisation recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Technical Sales Support Administartor to join their team based in Leeds.

Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, offering technical support and knowledge to a wide customer base.

Salary: 28,000

About the role:

  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and email, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Offering troubleshooting and technical assistance over the phone to resolve queries on site.
  • Generating detailed quotes and technical drawings with a high level of accuracy
  • Managing orders with overseas suppliers and coordinating with customers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Converting quotes into orders by reaching out to customers and generating new leads by phone.

About you

  • Proven experience in a technical role.
  • Excellent administration knowledge and experience
  • Confident, friendly with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn new products quickly and be technically minded.
