HGV Technician
Location: Leeds
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6.30pm-40 hours at 17.50 - 10 @ 25.25
1 in 2 Saturdays
Overtime rate paid at 1.5 after 40 hours
Pay: 43,975 basic
OTE: 50,000

About your new company

My client is a fleet maintenance company who have been established for 50 years. They have 2 depots across the UK and offer a wide range of services, due to their continued success they are now looking for a skilled HGV Technician to join their ever growing team.

About your new HGV Technician role

  • You will provide technical work to the highest standards in line with strict health and safety requirements
  • You will carry out maintenance, repairs and modification work on the fleet of vehicles and trailers and provide technical support from fault analysis through to pre-MOT prep and full vehicle overhauls.
  • General HGV Technician duties
The successful HGV Technician will require
  • You will have an in-depth knowledge of HGV's and Trailers
  • The successful HGV Technician must be a fully skilled with industry recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three) in heavy vehicle service, maintenance and repair.
  • Previous experience as an HGVTechnician
