Position: GRC Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Quarterly travel to Newcastle/Leeds with expenses covered)
Salary: Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the "Secure by Design" initiative for a new public sector project.
- Lead the revamp of risk management practices across the organization.
- Drive risk-informed decision-making, especially following a recent system launch that faced challenges.
- Implement tooling and systems to enhance team efficiency and maturity.
- Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
- Strong leadership and line management experience.
- Proven ability to work on recovery projects and improve operational resilience.
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus.
