We're hiring a Claims Handler to join a dynamic and supportive claims department. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with claims experience, particularly in EL/PL liability, to work within a forward-thinking brokerage offering full training, development, and exposure across different lines of risk.
You’ll be the key point of contact for managing liability claims, mainly for contractors and tradespeople, ensuring a professional, efficient, and market-leading claims service.
What you’ll need:
- At least 2 years’ experience in claims handling (EL/PL preferred)
- GCSE or equivalent education
- A client-first mindset and attention to detail
- Experience using Acturis is a bonus (or willingness to learn)
