Due to growth, a couple of brand-new roles have become available with this long established and highly regarded insurance brokerage, within their excellent claims team. This business can offer hybrid working, currently 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. They continue to grow and can provide excellent career progression.

As part of the claims team, you will be working on a wide variety of claims including property, liability, motor as well as other more specialist areas. This team takes a very "hands on" approach, looking to resolve claims in a speedy and efficient manner, whilst always looking to secure the most favourable outcome for the client.

You will be dealing with claims from first notification, through to settlement, liaising with all connected parties, interpreting policy wording and challenging insurers where necessary. Although mainly desk based, there may be situations where you are required to attend client visits with the Account Executives to discuss claims or claims prevention.

Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years claims handling experience and we are more than happy to receive CVs from broker, insurer and loss adjusting backgrounds. Our client can provide technical training on areas of claims that you may not have previously dealt with.

This role comes with a basic salary of up to circa £34k per annum + a full and comprehensive benefits package, CII study support and genuine career opportunities.
