Role: Insurance AdministratorLocation: Morley, LeedsSalary:  £23,000 - £26,000 paHours: Monday – Friday, 8.45am- 5.15pm Are you organised, friendly and eager to learn? This could be the perfect first step into the world of insurance. Our client, a growing and supportive commercial insurance firm based in Morley, is looking for an Insurance Administrator to join their close knit team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly, supporting clients, handling important admin tasks and learning the ins and outs of the insurance world as you go. You’ll be answering client queries, updating policies, supporting claims and helping the team deliver excellent service every day. What you’ll be doing as an Insurance Administrator:   
  • Answer client questions quickly and clearly, offering friendly and helpful support
  • Help customers with their insurance claims, guiding them through the process
  • Make simple updates to policies, like adding new drivers or vehicles
  • Keep records up to date and help with basic admin tasks
  • Handle routine paperwork and make sure everything is accurate
  • Support the team with day-to-day tasks and customer care
  • Make sure clients always receive great service
  • Follow company processes and keep things running smoothly
  • Work closely with colleagues, clients, and insurance partners in a professional way
 Skills required to succeed:  
  • Friendly and professional. You must enjoy speaking with people and building good relationships
  • Organised and reliable. Must demonstrate the ability to manage tasks and keep on top of admin duties
  • Keen to learn with an enthusiastic approach to developing a professional career
  • Detail focused which will included carefully completing paperwork and takes pride in getting things right
  • Team player with a desire to support colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Good with basic IT – comfortable using email, documents and internal systems
