?? The Role
? Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
? Handle renewals, market submissions, quotes, and reports from start to finish
? Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to meet client needs
? Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and industry best practices
? Support client meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up on key actions
?? Who They're Looking For
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance broking
? Cert CII qualification (or a willingness to obtain it)
? Proficiency in Acturis and strong IT skills (Excel, Word)
? Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
