What You'll Be Doing:
- Assess and underwrite a range of residential property risks, with the chance to expand into commercial work.
- Provide input into product development, customer experience, and marketing materials.

- Experience with residential transactions (purchase, sale, remortgage, leasehold, new build, etc.) is essential.
- A strong understanding of risk assessment, regulatory awareness, and commercial thinking is important.
- You'll be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and keen to learn – a true team player who takes initiative and delivers high-quality work under pressure.
- Knowledge of or exposure to title insurance is highly desirable, but full training is provided.
The Package:
- Salary depending on experience
- Excellent benefits package
- Hybrid working – typically 3 days per week in the central Leeds office (non-contractual)
- Supportive team of experienced senior underwriters and trainees
- Long-term career development with opportunities to broaden into commercial work
