Job Opportunity: Freight Forwarder
Location: Leeds or Bradford, UK
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Your Role:
- Oversee the import and export of goods across global locations.
- Arrange collections with transport companies and ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with clients, branch offices, agents, and transport providers.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and sharing updates.
- Track shipments, manage invoicing, and handle pre-alerts from overseas offices.
- Prepare and process Customs entries when required.
- Monitor shipments from start to finish.
- Take charge of job costing and invoicing tasks.
What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a UK-based freight forwarding company.
- Proven expertise in handling air, road, or sea freight imports/exports.
- Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures.
- Experience using freight software like Cargowise or Multifreight.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
