What youll do
The Optum UK Group Assurance Team works to enable Partners and Consuming Suppliers to deliver integrated software solutions for the core systems. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all new or updated solutions using the standard Optum UK interfaces are delivered to a consistently high standard. You will achieve this through careful planning and liaising with the 3rd party to understand their product, test plans, and deliver a full assurance review.

Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include;
Taking a pro-active approach to ensure that products are progressed and completed to agreed timescales
Identify and engage with all internal and external stakeholders. Maintain high standards of communication with stakeholders throughout each project.
Plan and deliver GPIT Futures Pairing Assurance (PIA) projects within strict deadlines.
Create documentation sets to support each new project
Develop a strong understanding of the scope and limitations of each of Optum UKs off-the-shelf interoperability solutions, our interoperability strategy, the wider Optum UK Business and the NHS.

A proven record of delivery within tight deadlines and competing priorities.
