Senior or Principal Town Planner - Leeds (with flexibility for Manchester/Birmingham)

We are working on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, seeking to appoint a Senior or Principal Town Planner to join their dynamic planning team based out of Leeds (with flexibility to work from Manchester or Birmingham if preferred).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier planning consultancy at a key moment of growth, offering the chance to work across a wide range of sectors including residential, retail, education, and energy. You will be involved in everything from early-stage feasibility studies to large-scale planning applications and appeals, collaborating closely with in-house multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will be RTPI-accredited, with solid experience either in the private or public sector, and confident in managing a varied project portfolio. You should be commercially aware, passionate about client delivery, and eager to develop your own client relationships. Key Requirements:
