The role involves working on various infrastructure projects from inception to on-site delivery, serving a diverse range of clients including developers and government authorities.

Candidates should have a degree or master's in town planning or a related field, along with good knowledge of planning legislation and policy, and effective communication skills.
While membership in the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) is preferred, it is not essential, and applicants with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

My client offers multidisciplinary services to developers, communities, local planning authorities, and central government. The current team of planning specialists work on a wide range of infrastructure projects including energy, water, road, rail, ports airports etc. from project inception through to delivery on-site.

Candidate Requirements

We are interested in speaking with individuals at all levels of seniority who possess the following qualifications and skills:

Degree and/or masters in town planning or similar such as geography.
Good knowledge of planning legislation and planning policy.
Ability to articulate complex issues, write reports, present effectively, and manage client relationships.
Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI), however this is not essential.
