Job Title: Town Planner

As part of this success, their construction division is now seeking a Town Planner to join a reputable and thriving Planning Team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit, well-respected, and successful team.
Location: Garforth, East Leeds
The Role
You will be responsible for managing planning project work in-house, including:
- Undertaking initial site appraisals and evaluations.
- Preparing written reports, planning statements, and submitting planning application documentation.
- Meeting and negotiating with Planning Officers and stakeholders.
- Participating in Planning Committee and Appeal processes, where required.
- Taking ownership of projects, ensuring delivery to high standards.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a planning role (private or public sector).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and a genuine team player.
- Keen interest in the full land and planning process.
- Full UK driving licence.
