Regional Surveyor

Location: Leeds, LS12 5RZ

Salary: £32,000 to £34,000 per annum, plus commission

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Regional Surveyor to join their team, covering both domestic and commercial properties in the Leeds region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting detailed surveys, communicating findings with customers, compiling comprehensive reports, and following up to ensure complete satisfaction. Your work will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships, supporting business growth, and maintaining their high standards of service.

About the Role

As a Regional Surveyor, you’ll provide expert advice on all aspects of their product range with the aim of achieving and exceeding quotation revenue targets. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams across contracts, specialist services, and new enquiries, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless customer journey. A key part of your role will be to grow their presence in the region by expanding their client base while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure every measure is taken to achieve the highest standards of service to the customer all the while adhering to the PCA best practice code
  • Ensuring Health & Safety/CDM Regulations and safe working practices are adhered to at all times
  • Working with the inbound enquiry team to accept and confirm with customer appointments made
  • Effectively manage customer contact, from appointment confirmation through to quotation, acceptance, delivery of service and final customer satisfaction
  • To consistently and actively seek new opportunities
  • Ensure product knowledge is kept at the highest level, attending training seminars and product launches as appropriate
  • Conform fully to the Company requirements on weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately and on time and submit forward forecasting and plans as requested
  • To attend monthly/quarterly performance meetings when required submitting requisite reports
  • To monitor performance based on achievement through KPI’s set for gross margins, conversion rates and revenue targets
  • To actively sell all products within the Company product range consistent with technical ability
  • Supervise/manage operatives on site when required
  • Provide the necessary aftercare to their clients

Skills and Qualifications

  • CSSW and CSTDB qualifications are desirable, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.
