We are currently recruiting for a Architectural Technologist to join a thriving and forward-thinking multi discipline team, where innovation meets technical excellence. We're currently looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their Leeds studio in the centre of the city. This opportunity provides the opportunity of a pivotal role in the delivery of mixed-use residential, commercial and healthcare projects with values ranging from 5M to over 100M. Our client are looking for multiple Technologist to join the team due to an influx of work, so Architectural Technologists of all levels are encouraged to apply.

Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to long-term, nationally significant developments in the residential, healthcare, public, commercial, nuclear and energy sectors. Architectural Technologist Job Overview

  • Deliver high-quality technical and construction packages using Revit within a BIM Level 2 environment
  • Work closely with internal design teams and external consultants to coordinate architectural and technical design
  • Produce and manage detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules across all project stages
  • Navigate the technical requirements of highly regulated environments, ensuring full compliance with industry and safety standards
  • Attend site meetings
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in BIM workflow and technical delivery across the studio


Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

  • Qualified Architectural Technologist with 2+ years' experience in technical delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
  • Experience working on large-scale projects advantageous
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate across disciplines
  • Based within commuting distance of Leeds City Centre
