Architectural Technologist required to support the delivery of various Sports & Leisure Sector projects

Currently, the studio is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with a strong background and keen interest in sports, leisure, and associated community facilities. Key Responsibilities for the Architectural Technologist:
- Lead and deliver complex technical packages for large-scale projects in the sports & leisure sector, such as community leisure centres, stadiums, gyms, arenas, and recreation facilities.
- Collaborate with design teams on project detailing and technical coordination from RIBA stages 3-5.
- Engage confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases of project delivery.
- Ensure BIM Level 2 compliance on all relevant projects using Revit as the primary design tool.
Ideal Candidate Architectural Technologist Profile:
- 5-10 years' experience in an architectural practice, ideally with a portfolio including sports, leisure, and hospitality projects. (not essential)
- MCIAT qualified or working towards - mentorship and support available.
- Previous job running experience.
- A meticulous approach to detailing and documentation, with a strong appreciation for technical accuracy and construction feasibility.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and building standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude and the ability to nurture long-term relationships.
- Comfortable leading meetings on-site and coordinating with design and contractor teams.

Salary
38,500 - 45,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday, modern hybrid working.
