With a growing portfolio of commercial clients, they are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.The Role:You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and lenders. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to their clients and contributing to the continued success of their property team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
  • Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documentation
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors
  • Supporting senior team members with complex transactions
  • Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
About You:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Applications considered from NQ plus that have completed a seat in commercial property (more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Strong technical knowledge with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
