- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
- Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors
- Supporting senior team members with complex transactions
- Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Applications considered from NQ plus that have completed a seat in commercial property (more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply)
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach
