The Role
You will be part of a busy and growing Real Estate team, working alongside senior professionals on a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Landlord and tenant work
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Property development
- Investment transactions
- Commercial leases and lease renewals
This is a great opportunity to work on high-calibre transactions while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in your role.
About You
You will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Solid experience gained at a reputable regional or national firm
- Strong client care and relationship management skills
- Excellent commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
- The ability to manage files independently and collaboratively within a team
