Contributing to strategic initiatives such as global change management and gender pay gap audits
What we’re looking for- 2 to 7 years’ PQE within a respected commercial employment practice
- Strong technical and advisory background with tribunal and high-value litigation experience
- Experience with executive-level issues, corporate support, or international employment law is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset
