- A minimum of 18 months’ experience in employment law (both contentious and/or non-contentious)
- Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
- Excellent time management and the ability to work proactively and independently
- Tech-savvy and confident using legal IT systems
- A team player with enthusiasm to develop and grow within a supportive firm
