This is an exciting position, covering all aspects of leadership and day to day management for a team of fee earners. You are responsible for mentoring, supporting and developing them to deliver exceptional client care and quality legal work, as well as running your own successful caseload.

I am keen to speak with experienced Family Solicitors who are looking to take on a new senior level position with one of the UK's leading law firms. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor with previous supervisory experience to set up a new team, based in Leeds. It is essential that you come from a strong legal aid background to be considered for this role.

  • Familiarity with the online legal aid scheme (CCMS) is required
  • Ideally you will have Panel Membership, but those without will still be considered and the firm will also support you to get onto the Panel
  • The bulk of work covering Non-Molestation Orders, PSOs and OOOs
  • There will also be potential to work on divorce, child arrangements and finance work
