Description

The In-House Banking Lawyer will be:

  • Providing legal advice on securitisation transactions across various asset classes, including mortgage loans, credit cards, auto loans, and trade receivables
  • Supporting other debt capital markets (DCM) transactions, such as covered bonds, unsecured bond issuances, and structured products
  • Collaborating with business areas across Corporate & Institutional Banking to deliver pragmatic legal solutions
  • Engaging in strategic and regulatory projects related to DCM
  • Contributing to central initiatives within the Legal & Secretariat function

Profile

The In-House Banking Lawyer should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with a current practising certificate in a relevant jurisdiction
  • Possessing ideally 4+ years' PQE in securitisation and DCM, gained in private practice or in-house
  • Experienced in providing commercial legal advice and leading complex transactions
  • Adaptable, with a willingness to engage in various DCM products and projects
  • Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions
