Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:?

  • Analysing and reviewing heads of terms for leasehold retail stores.?
  • Negotiating terms for lease agreements, including new leases, licences to alter, agreements to surrender, and collateral warranties.?
  • Reviewing titles, negotiating contracts and transfers, drafting reports, and responding to title enquiries.?
  • Conducting thorough property due diligence for all matters.?
  • Supporting the property team in developing streamlined and productive legal processes.?
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with external parties, including property agents and external solicitors.?

Profile

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:?

  • A qualified solicitor with 2+ years' experience in commercial property law.?
  • Experienced in handling all aspects of commercial property work, particularly leasehold acquisitions.?
  • Possessing excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.?
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously and manage a large caseload efficiently.
  • Proactive in staying updated with legislative changes affecting the retail property sector.?
