Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:?
- Analysing and reviewing heads of terms for leasehold retail stores.?
- Negotiating terms for lease agreements, including new leases, licences to alter, agreements to surrender, and collateral warranties.?
- Reviewing titles, negotiating contracts and transfers, drafting reports, and responding to title enquiries.?
- Conducting thorough property due diligence for all matters.?
- Supporting the property team in developing streamlined and productive legal processes.?
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with external parties, including property agents and external solicitors.?
Profile
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:?
- A qualified solicitor with 2+ years' experience in commercial property law.?
- Experienced in handling all aspects of commercial property work, particularly leasehold acquisitions.?
- Possessing excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.?
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously and manage a large caseload efficiently.
- Proactive in staying updated with legislative changes affecting the retail property sector.?
Job Offer
- This role offers a salary of £55,000-£60,000
