Description
The Legal Counsel will be:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements.
- Providing legal support on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration activities.
- Advising on data protection, employment law, and intellectual property matters.
- Managing litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Supporting real estate transactions and property-related legal issues.
- Collaborating with international teams to ensure compliance with global regulations.
- Developing and delivering legal training to internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring legal developments and advising the business on potential impacts.
Profile
The Legal Counsel should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE.
- Experienced in handling commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters.
- Knowledgeable in data protection, employment law, intellectual property, and real estate law.
- Proficient in managing cross-border legal issues and working with international teams.
- Able to provide strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders.
- Strong in communication and negotiation skills.
