This is a full-time, permanent position, although part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. Their reputation is built on fairness, trust, and exceptional client service.You’ll become part of a well-established and forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration, and continued growth.The RoleAs a Solicitor within the Personal Injury department, you’ll handle a caseload of EL/PL and RTA files, both pre- and post-litigated, from instruction to settlement. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive the highest standards of legal representation and care.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing your own caseload of EL/PL and RTA matters
  • Drafting legal documents including witness statements and schedules of loss
  • Using the OIC and MOJ Portals for submission and case management
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
  • Conducting legal research and staying up to date with developments in PI law
  • Working towards and achieving personal and departmental targets

  • NQ to 2-year PQE Solicitors
  • Candidates with solid litigation experience in RTA, EL, or PL claims
  • Individuals with a working knowledge of the OIC/MOJ Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules
  • Self-starters with strong communication and organisational skills
