An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join my clients highly regarded firm in their Leeds offices on a hybrid basis.

My clients team is renowned for delivering clear, commercially strategic, and pragmatic advice, their team offers the flexibility to work either as part of a wider consultancy group or as sole advisers, depending on client needs.

This role is open to applicants at all levels of PQE and offers a very competitive salary and package.

Role Overview:

You will have the opportunity to act on both contentious and non-contentious planning matters including:

• Drafting and negotiating complex s.106 agreements

• Advising on highways issues

• Advising on planning objections and appeals

• Dealing with enforcement matters

• Advising on Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)

• Guiding on permitted development rights and the prior approval process

• Telecoms objections

• Town and village green matters

• Providing support on due diligence and the planning aspects of real estate and corporate transactions

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

You will be an enthusiastic and ambitious planning solicitor joining a well-regarded Planning and wider Real Estate team.
