The role involves providing legal advice on various Real Estate issues, including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold work, and development work.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of business and commerciality, with a hunger to advance their careers.
The position is suitable for those with 2+ years PQE, although applicants with relevant experience outside of this range may also be considered.

Based in Leeds this is a wide and varied position offering exposure to high quality property workIn this position you will be provide legal advice on a diverse amount of Real Estate legal issues, including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold work, Landlord & Tenant and development work.The successful candidate must be able to point to strong communication skills and good business and commerciality skills. You will need to be hungry and ambitious and keen to push your career forward in a vibrant, fast moving in-house legal department.In-house experience would be desirable, but the client would consider a private practice lawyer looking to move in-house who could point to good business and commercial skills.
