We are currently recruiting on behalf of our long-standing law firm client based in Yeadon, who are seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Locum Solicitor to provide interim cover on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a confident and capable solicitor to step into a busy private client team and manage a case-load with minimal supervision.

Working hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Hourly rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

Managing a full and varied case-load of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration

Meeting clients, taking instructions, and preparing legal documentation

Handling files from instruction through to completion

Liaising with clients, third parties, and colleagues in a professional manner

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal processes

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid experience in Private Client law

Proven ability to manage a case-load independently

Strong client care and communication skills

Available to start immediately and commit through to end of July
