I am currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Litigation Department of this highly regarded law firm based in central Leeds. My client is offering a fantastic work environment, along with a great benefits package. This is a busy and varied role where you will provide secretarial support to their busy Fee Earners.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Legal Secretary, you will have excellent organisational skills along with a fast and accurate typing speed.

Duties will include audio typing (through Big Hand) and copy typing of letters, memos and documents via the company’s Management System. Other duties will include electronic diary management, general administration and liaising with clients and professionals, either in person or via the telephone.

You should have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines. A high attention to detail is required with excellent team working skills.
